Granny Youmans’ Scholarship Fund

at Philadelphia Park Racetrack

To qualify for funds the applicant must:

(1) be a licensed stable employee or assistant trainer at Philadelphia Park working full time for a minimum of 12 consecutive months

(2) submit this application to the Scholarship Committee at least 30 days before the beginning of the course or program of study, and

(3) where applicable, be accepted in the program for which he/she is applying for assistance.
